Our products can be ordered by e-mail,
phone, or mail, see our contact information.
Customer purchase orders are subject to Ping Marine Electronics'
written acceptance.
Deliveries are Ex Works (EXW), i.e. transportation
charges are paid by the customer in addition to the price of the
products. A suitable carrier will be selected
by PING Marin Electronics, depending on the destination. Valid prices
can be found on our web site. All prices are in EUR and excluding
VAT and customs duty. Payment can be made by credit card, check
(payable to PING Marine Electronics) or money transfer to our bank
account. At present we are not able to authorize credit for our
international customers. We apologize for this inconvenience.
If service or repair of a product purchased
from us should be necessary, you must always contact Ping Marine
Electronics before returning the product. The warranty is valid
during a period of one year from the date of delivery. The warranty
cover material and workmanship, provided that the product is handled
properly for its intended use, and an original invoice or receipt
can be presented.
The Customer shall examine the products
as soon as possible after their arrival. Claims for shortages and
damage must immediately be made to the carrier. The Customer shall
be deemed to have accepted the products unless written notice of
rejection is received within 14 days after delivery. Ownership
of all products shall remain with Ping Marine Electronics until
payment in full is received.
For other delivery terms, applicable parts
of IML 2000 are valid.
